No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

Please make sure to review product descriptions, sizing information, and details carefully before completing your order.

Exchanges Only

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 to 5 days of delivery

  • Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit is issued for the item price only.

Any item returned that does not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number.

  2. Include the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
